Training content & process:



  • During your 2-year training, you will learn the theory and practice of setting up, operating, and converting production machines and systems.
  • After appropriate training, you will independently take on first tasks and support the implementation of a smooth production process.
  • You will identify causes of malfunctions and fix minor issues.
The company training will be supplemented by vocational school classes and additional inter-company courses.
