Job Description:


  • The listing of a course in the schedule of classes as "TBA" does not constitute an assignment.
  • The hiring decision for parttime faculty involves an academic judgment and shall be determined at Management's sole discretion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing classroom instruction in furniture upcycling, including the basics of furniture choice, planning, materials, repair, and refinishing.
  • Working with the Program Manager to adjust classes or create new classes as necessary.
  • Preparing a syllabus and appropriate handouts for each class.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without a sponsor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching students age 16 and over in handson disciplines.
