We are currently seeking a motivated Business Management Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Leipzig, with a start date in the near future.


  • Full-time Permanent

Your responsibilities will include:

You will hold a leading position in the reception area as a business management employee


Your tasks will include:

  • Organizing daily office operations and supporting management with all business and organizational matters
  • Receiving and assisting employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Placing orders and handling correspondence with customers, suppliers, authorities, and institutions (e.g. health insurance companies, insurance companies, leasing companies)
  • Invoicing in consultation with relevant departments
  • Supporting the dispatch department with organization, sales, and order processing
  • Assisting the accounting department, particularly with payroll and salary processing, preparing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and maintaining personnel files
  • Representing management as directed by management in individual cases
  • Working hours:
Full-time (40 hours) - Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


Your qualifications:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on office management or a similar qualification
  • You have a basic understanding of mathematics and logic, and solid knowledge of all MS Office applications
  • Language skills: German/English/Arabic (written and spoken) desirable
  • You are friendly, polite, communicative, and able to remain calm in stressful situations
