The company has three new products in separate oncological indications, breast cancer and hematology, with current approval on the German market. The European structure with headquarters and several country organizations has taken shape and is continuing to develop. The company is independent - both organizationally and financially. In Germany, the management team, as well as the sales and marketing structure, are already in place. Now, we are looking to fill the Commercial Management level with a dedicated and experienced individual as Director of the two sales lines and the marketing team through Headxpert, a part of Inizio Engage.

Your responsibilities

  • You report to the General Manager DACH
  • You are responsible for the budget, create analyses, develop the business plan, and ensure the achievement of financial and organizational goals
  • You lead two sales lines and the marketing team, including SFE, and further develop the organization
  • You work in collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and the management team to successfully launch
