Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support for DeltaV controllers, I/O, and system maintenanceOversee software change control processes for the DeltaV systemExperience with PLCs, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley, and the ability to perform loop checksTroubleshoot communication between PLC and DeltaVPerform patching for antivirus and ensure system securitySetup remote access and workstations for efficient system managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address networking requirements and ensure system connectivityMaintain and update system documentation and proceduresProvide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Participate in project execution and project coordination.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years relevant automation life science manufacturing experienceProven experience as a DeltaV automation engineer or similar rolePrior experience with pharmaceutical cGMP regulations and practicesStrong system administration skillsIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with DeltaV hardware and softwareFamiliarity with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCsSolid understanding of network configurations and troubleshootingExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAvailability for occasional overtime and off-hour support as required
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
