  • As a member of the Controlling team, you will support and advise the Managing Director of Operations in important meetings, such as advisory board meetings, supervisory boards, or factory tours.
  • You will contribute to the handling of strategic issues and significant investments, as well as provide answers to all businessrelated questions regarding profitability, accounting, and cash flow.
  • You will assist in managing and optimizing business processes for the Operations department, including our subsidiaries Oncomed (Brno, Czech Republic) and Oncotec (Dessau).
  • You will develop the knowledge of Operations executives in the field of business administration.
  • Several years of experience as a Controller/Plant Controller with a focus on production and supply chain, as well as extensive knowledge in financial controlling.
  • Successfully completed studies, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Interest in technical processes.
  • Performanceoriented, confident, and cooperative style with high social competence and communication skills in both German and international environments.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
