We are looking for educators (m/f/d) in full or part-time in Waynesville, IN.


Your tasks include educating, caring for, and promoting the development of children (in the nursery or elementary area) or adolescents.

This includes planning and implementing group-related activities, project-based exploration tours, excursions, and other leisure activities, as well as regular communication with colleagues for daily coordination.

Your tasks:


  • Educating, caring for, and promoting the development of children (in the nursery or elementary area) or adolescents
  • Planning and implementing grouprelated activities
  • Projectbased exploration tours, excursions, and other leisure activities
  • Regular communication with colleagues for daily coordination
  • Reflection discussions with parents and colleagues for individual support of children

Required skills:


  • Enjoy working independently in education, upbringing, and care
  • Ability to adapt to children and adolescents with different cultural and national backgrounds, as well as various social problems
  • Ability to adapt to special support needs
  • Ability to reflect on one's own attitude and work with children
  • Sensitivity to group dynamics and different social behavior of children

Required education:


  • Training as an educator or social care worker (m/f/d)
