Requirements:

The tasks in elderly care are as diverse and meaningful as they are demanding and responsible. Not only empathy, sensitivity, and patience are required in daily interactions with residents, but also a high level of conscientiousness and responsibility.
Teamwork, helpfulness, and organizational skills are also important qualities in the daily life of nursing professionals. The apprenticeship lasts three years full-time.

You have the following profile:

At least a middle school diploma or equivalent; alternatively, a high school diploma with a completed one-year training in nursing or elderly care assistance or a completed minimum two-year training

First practical experience in nursing through an internship is desirable

Passion for caring, supporting, and accompanying elderly
