We are seeking the right individual to fill a Full Time Clerical Assistant Position to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Duties and Responsibilities

Type accurately, prepare and maintain documents and records:

File documents; make paper and electronic copies:

Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner:

Prepare reports as necessary:

Organize and maintain office and assist in ways that optimize procedures:

Follow standards, procedures, and applicable laws:

Coordinate with other departments and assist when needed:

Perform receptionist duties:

Set up for and clean up after in-office meetings:

Perform all other office tasks

Requirements and Qualifications
