Job description
Summary:
- Overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of key machine including all the safety, routine maintenance, and quality checks on the machine.
- Responsible for startup scenarios at the beginning of each shift.
- Run initial checks to ensure the quality of the product is being produced. Perform all tasks to the machine with proper safety requirements (lockout/tag out) etc.
- Continually monitor all safety, quality and efficiency aspects as the machine is operating. Stop the machine when an unsafe condition exists also stop and correct any other condition exists that hinders quality and efficiency. Report all disruptions of flow to team leader or supervisor.
