Description
Introduction

At IBM, work is more than a job - it's a calling: To build. To design. To code. To consult. To think along with clients and sell. To make markets. To invent. To collaborate. Not just to do something better, but to attempt things you've never thought possible.

Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world's most challenging problems? If so, lets talk.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a mid-level Data Analyst, you are responsible for understanding the data flow and ingestion of data involved in the product(s) your team supports.

You will interact with government stakeholders and technical team members to gather and document requirements for development, troubleshoot data anomalies and errors, and propose analytic solutions.

You will analyze historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods, and collaborate with team members to handle cross-team testing dependencies.

You are comfortable working side by side with other team members and customers to make decisions together and answer questions about how data is used.

You have a passion for detail and are an excellent communicator.

You are agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we are doing wrong so we can fix it, and what we are doing right so we can improve upon it.

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data so that it can be used to accurately report findings to internal and external customers.
  • Experience using Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
