Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Manager.

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining a positive living environment.


Duties:


  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
  • Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities
  • Coordinate resident events and activities to foster a sense of community
  • Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including lease agreements and resident information
  • Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
  • Assist with rent collection and delinquency management
  • Perform routine property inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repair requests and ensure timely completion
  • Utilize property management software (such as OneSite) for data entry and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management preferred
  • Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Familiarity with legal administrative procedures is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
