Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Manager.
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining a positive living environment.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities
- Coordinate resident events and activities to foster a sense of community
- Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and files, including lease agreements and resident information
- Enforce community policies and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Assist with rent collection and delinquency management
- Perform routine property inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repair requests and ensure timely completion
- Utilize property management software (such as OneSite) for data entry and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management preferred
- Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
