Description Overview:

Perrigo is looking to bring on a Salesforce Administrator to join their Consumer Self-Care America (CSCA) Salesforce team.

While the team is remote, there is an expectation to be available to come into the Allegan or Grand Rapids offices when needed for meetings and projects.


Scope of the Role:


The Salesforce Administrator will work on a dedicated Salesforce team, responsible for user administration and configuration of 2 Salesforce orgs: a Service Cloud instance supporting approximately 40 users and a Sales/Service Cloud instance supporting 300+ users.

The Administrator will also be responsible for reports and dashboard configuration, working closely with the Salesforce Business Analysts to understand requirements and execute build direction based on designs approved by stakeholders.


  • User Management
  • Follow organizational procedures to grant, modify, or revoke Salesforce user access to either Salesforce instance.


  • Configuration

  • Build out Salesforce capabilities on Salesforce standard and custom objects, using custom fields, validation rules, buttons, and actions.
  • Building Reports & Dashboards
  • Build effective reports to deliver business insights, drive operational processes, and provide leadership visibility to the data.

Experience Required:


  • Proven completion of Salesforce trails up to or beyond Trailhead Ranger (
Badge Count: 100, Points: 50,000)

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification OR Completion of the following Superbadges: Admin Super Set, App Builder Super Set, Flow Administration Superbadge Unit)
  • Typically, 2 years of work experience
  • An interest in delivering datadriven process automation built on the leading CRM
  • Excellent analytical, process management, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to interact with various levels of individuals throughout the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and SharePoint
