- Develop and manage the creation of all recruiting strategies using multi-media channels and networking with various educational institutes, professional organizations, and community groups to promote brand recognition and specific opportunities. Stimulate a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of the business need.
- Partner with Senior Leaders on business development and operational changes to ensure alignment with talent acquisition deliverables and strategy.
- Manage the recruiting team through active supervision, coaching and resource management to support and ensure all departmental goals are achieved including days to fill, vacancy rates, turnover goals, and diversity.
- Be the subject matter expert on all recruiting initiatives and processes. Responsible for the candidate's experience, risk mitigation and compliance in all facets of talent. Ensure continued commitment to organizational DE&I goals.
- Manage all recruiting service contracts including negotiating agreements and analyzing return on investment. Oversee and ensure budgetary responsibilities are achieved for an estimated $1M spend.
- Provide weekly and quarterly analysis and reporting of the department's performance across all divisions. Analysis will encompass talent placement's impact on business outcomes.

- Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
