    Entry Level Position: Starting at $20 per Hour
    Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling employees for their next tasks.
    • Optimizing workstation layout.
    • Organizing the workplace and documenting work procedures.
    • Updating manufacturing work instructions.
    • Ensuring smooth operation of equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and waste.
    • Promoting and enforcing safety practices in line with company policies.
    • Providing guidance to shop employees on procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
    • Managing capital projects to meet deadlines and budget.
    • Participating in meetings to facilitate information sharing between different facilities.
    Requirements
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish.
    • Solid technical background through relevant coursework and work experience.
    • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings with great attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong data gathering and information compiling skills.
    • Capacity to independently prioritize tasks.
    • Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to task completion.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD modeling, and drafting.
    • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning, machining, welding, and heat treatment.
    • Reliable transportation, good attendance record, and ability to follow instructions.
    • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
