- Product Integration and Setup: Lead the introduction of new products to the manufacturing floor, from design for manufacturability reviews to final layout and setup.
- Daily Operational Enhancement: Work alongside production associates and leadership to achieve daily targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify opportunities for cost reduction, participate in budget analysis, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Problem Solving: Engage in troubleshooting, conduct failure analysis, and implement corrective actions to maintain production integrity.
- Lean Manufacturing Leadership: Act as a VBS Champion, promoting and implementing Lean tools and initiatives to improve process efficiencies.
- Automation and Programming: Manage and optimize CNC programs, and maintain robotic welding, turrets, and press brakes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, CAD (SolidWorks), and CNC programming.
- Demonstrated experience in robotic welding and manufacturing automation.
- Effective purchasing and negotiation skills.
- Competitive salary range from $77,000 to $95,000 based on experience.
