YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time role requiring a standard workweek of 50+ hours. As a Commercial Pipeline Project Manager, your commitment to the job is integral to our operational success.


YOUR DAY
Imagine overseeing the meticulous installation of underground water and sewer pipes, managing the entire project life cycle.

Your duties will extend to managing profit and loss aspects, coordinating the efforts of employees, heavy equipment, subcontractors, and materials.

Leading by example, you will champion a safe working environment, develop accurate production estimates, and ensure effective communication.

The role demands not only expertise in commercial pipeline projects but also a proactive approach to navigating diverse climates and terrains.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in underground construction and construction management, particularly in the Arizona market
  • Ability to read and comprehend project plans, specifications, and local codes
  • Ability to hold competent training for excavations (OSHA 30 preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the nuances of contracts, change orders, and project budgets
