- Responsibilities include payroll processing, discrepancy resolution, record maintenance, staff supervision, and adherence to legal and internal controls. Support HR, assist in audits, and engage in professional development.
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls, manage off-cycle transactions, and handle garnishments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process enhancement.
- BS/BA with a concentration in Finance/Accounting.
- 5+ years prior experience in a corporate payroll position.
- Professional Certification CPP preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications. Must have advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access and Word.
- Experience with UKG payroll processing
