Boshart Industries is currently looking to hire a Territory Manager covering Florida.A Territory Manager for Boshart will be responsible for creating long term, and mutually profitable partnerships in the Wholesale channel.
They will use in-person, phone, as well as other methods to utilize the BUILD Partnership Process to achieve their Forecasted Sales Goals.
They will work with our Inside Sales Team to develop new partnerships and grow existing ones.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect new business opportunities and manage a Sales PipelineEnsure Time-blocking is used to prioritize high value activities (Prospecting, follow-up)Utilize Hubspot (CRM) to track deals and customer interactionsDevelop Region-specific strategies with your District ManagerSet Sales Targets for your RegionWork with Inside Sales Team on customer follow-up and communicationProvide Training to customersWork with Inside Sales on customer requests
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in regular training and skill-improvement processesMaintain and enhance the culture and core values of the companyTECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
3+ Years of Sales ExperienceBasic understanding of the Plumbing / Water Well Market
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified Sales Professional

OFFICE HOURS:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (core hours 8:30am - 4:30pm). Please note that this is a remote position with overnight travel required (approximately 40-50% - depending on location).
