  • Job Summary:
  • As a member of our Infrastructure Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team comprising of Microsoft 365, Voice and Contact Center Architects and Engineers. As the Associate Cloud Services Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our cloud services, managing projects, providing technical guidance, and nurturing a collaborative team environment. This role is both handson and entails significant leadership responsibilities.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Microsoft 365, Voice and Contact Center Architects and Engineers.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Set clear goals, expectations, and provide regular feedback to foster individual and team growth.
  • Develop strategies to enhance team performance, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data services projects with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
  • Ensure projects adhere to best practices, are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and cloud calling solutions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging Cloud and Voice technologies, industry trends, and best practices in data management and engineering.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements to optimize Azurebased data services.
  • Requirements:
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop highperforming teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Extensive background in cloud calling technologies, with expertise in Microsoft 365 and Voice Services, while ensuring accountability for maintaining technical proficiency.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business objectives in cloud calling and related services, while ensuring accountability for the execution of these plans.
  • Education/Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud services architecture and engineering, with a focus on cloud calling.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, including managing and developing highperforming teams.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Voice Services, with proficiency in platforms such as NICE CCaaS, WebEx, Exchange Online, and Teams.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, WebEx, NICE CCaaS, project management, or related areas.
