    Have you ever wanted to own your own business, but didn't know where to start? We now offer on the job paid training to become a future business owner with Farmers Insurance. Little/No experience in the insurance industry is preferred (due to training reasons). Please apply below if this is something you think may interest you. We are looking to hire a handful of people across Northwest Arkansas for this position and will be conducting telephone interviews immediately.

    • Management and/or Leadership Experience preferred

    • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

    Requirements

    • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
    • Becoming Licensed is required. Property & Casualty and Life & Health
    • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
    • Career minded vision.
    • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
    • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
    • Desire and ability to work with people to fill their needs with our products and your expertise
