What you will be doing:

  • Supervising production and optimizing existing processes in terms of quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing new processes and procedures in coordination with the responsible production lines
  • Conducting error analyses, identifying potential for improvement, and implementing optimization measures
  • Collaborating in interdisciplinary and cross-site teams

What you should bring:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or a comparable field of study
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Independent, results-oriented work style and creativity in problem-solving
  • Initiative and teamwork skills
  • Fluent English skills in speaking and writing
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
