For our client, an international insurance company based in Munich, we are currently seeking a full-time Customer Advisor (m/f/d) to join their team in Ashford, AL.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling telephone and written correspondence with customers and external contacts and forwarding them to the relevant department
  • Responding to service and emergency phone inquiries on a shift basis
  • Providing support and advice to customers regarding the service program
  • Managing claims and organizing assistance according to business interests
  • Evaluating alternatives and ensuring customer satisfaction

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in a businessrelated field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills
  • Your solutionoriented approach and communication skills complete your profile.
