- Oversee the product software and hardware release lifecycles from ideation to launch.
- Coordinating deliverables across multiple teams to achieve high quality project success.
- Function as the Scrum Product Owner.
- Manage backlogs and communicate with stakeholders on new key feature developments.
- Spend a considerable amount of time organizing tasks, ensuring they are clear and actionable.
- Help lead cross functional teams comprised of engineers, designers, and QA.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across key teams to ensure project successes.
- Provide the data to senior leaders so prioritization and project resource allocations are optimized.
- Identifying potential risks to the project's timelines, budgets, and or quality.
- Must work with their teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingencies when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align release goals and set expectations.
- Guide the team through Scrum meetings, providing direction and feedback where necessary to keep the projects on track.
- Coordinate the integration between software, hardware, and controls, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee product deployments, tracking progress and resolving issues to ensure quality releases to the field.
- Generate reports that communicate project status, resources, and other key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management role within a technical environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in a Scrum Product Owner role or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs, define project requirements, coordinate, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross functionally with software, hardware, and controls engineers.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in robotics, with at least two years in a technical leadership or management role.
- Direct experience with robotics, or in environments focused on hardware, software, and controls integration.
- Proven track record of successful product ownership in a Scrum environment, demonstrating effective backlog management and stakeholder interaction for specific components or features.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in customer-facing role, understanding customer needs and translating them into technical requirements.

In the role of Technical Program Manager, which encompasses Scrum Product Owner responsibilities, you will oversee product releases from their inception all the way through launch and beyond.
