The Requirements We Look for in a Client Service Associate:

0-3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants or similar industry preferred but not required
High school diploma and/or GED is a must
Exhibits professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times
Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to contribute new ideas
Able to learn new technologies quickly and uses their time efficiently
Superb relationship building skills with an outgoing and charming personality

Daily Responsibilities as a Client Service Associate:

Demonstrate strong communication skills through active listening, understanding the customer's needs, and identifying actions
Provide exceptional customer care in a fastpaced environment given support to families and community members
Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
