Your tasks


  • Central point of contact in the Customer Service of the CSS Independent Trade Team (B2b multidiv) for specific customers/customer clusters to ensure complete processing from order to invoice
  • Management of customer contacts and inquiries (int/ext communication) to create a positive customer experience, including support for the Vendor Manager for Foundever to ensure optimal support for our customers in 1st level support
  • Coordination of all ordering and delivery processes from the customer to the relevant stakeholders in the rest of the supply chain/ in the business
