We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated and meticulousInventory Control Specialist to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga.

Key responsibilities & duties
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize space utilization and warehouse layout
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations
- Conduct investigations to identity root causes of inventory discrepancies
- Implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and customers to resolve inventoryrelated issues
- Process recalls, over ships, damages, shortdated and expired product
- Coordinate cycle counts
- Review and assess transaction logs
- Operate material handling equipment including order picker, reach truck and forklift
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 yearsexperience within Inventory Control field
- Detailorientated with a high level of accuracy
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software
- Reliability and dependability
- Communicate effectively in English both written and verbally
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of WMS systems
- EDI transactions
Key Accountabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- General understanding of warehouse flow
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to stand and walk the duration of entire shift
- Comfort working with height 2030 feet while harnessed to an order picker
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing to work in any other tasks within the warehouse
- Able to work well under pressure of deadlines to accomplish tasks
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Selfmotivated and able to accomplish tasks with mínimal supervision
- No disqualifying criminal history.
