At Instapro Group, we are the leading online marketplace for home improvement services in Chevy Chase Heights, PA. Our platform connects homeowners with qualified professionals for a variety of jobs, including plumbing, building, and landscaping. We operate in five countries and believe that content design is crucial to our success.

Our content designers work closely with product teams from the beginning, allowing them to shape the products being built rather than just filling in words.

As part of our team, you will be valued and supported by proper processes. You will have a content design lead to guide you and provide opportunities for growth and skill development. You will work with two product teams responsible for a specific part of the user journey.

Your responsibilities will include writing and designing English content that will be localized for our French, German, Italian, and Dutch markets.

You will collaborate with product designers, managers, researchers, and engineers, and be supported by a UX lead and Content Design Lead.

You will also work on strategic initiatives outside of your product focus area, such as tone of voice, product terminology, and taxonomy.


We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product writing, or 7 years of experience in a related field with transferable skills.

A qualification in a relevant field is preferred, but not required. Native-level English language skills are necessary, and a passion for user-centric design, inclusivity, and accessibility is a plus.
