Description
Keeps working areas in production departments of industrial establishment in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Empties dumpsters - 55 gallon and hoppers.
Sweeps, scrubs, and mops floors.
Clean windows throughout plant.
Operates trash compactor.
Empties excess adhesive skids.
Maintains cleanliness in all areas of plant, with exception of bathrooms, break rooms and offices.
Changes air filters.

Upkeep of outside grounds:
Parking lots and lawns.
May provide assistance to maintenance staff on specific tasks.

Basic Qualifications
Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
