• Provide engaging customer experience from start to finish
• Make recommendations to customers and understand the sales process
• Continually restock products, manage inventory and circulate store to provide help
• Have comprehensive understanding of all tech systems (POS and Speakers) and an ability to troubleshoot common issues
• Follow loss prevention policies and escalation protocols
• Maintain professionalism and discretion in sensitive hospital setting
• Promptly address customer issues and deescalate tense interactions with empathy and professionalism
• Common area cleaning including surfaces, floors, respite rooms, stock room, and more

• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fastpaced environments
• Process transactions swiftly and accurately
• Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long duration of time
• Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 20lbs
• Commitment to the highest standards of cleanliness
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work as a cohesive team and demonstrate integrity and dependability
