Job Summary:
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and achieve profitability targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operation
- Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in retail math and sales analysis
- Experience in training development and conducting interviews
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Administrative proficiency for reporting and documentation
- Prior experience in store management or sales management
Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
