Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Construction Estimator role located in Houston, TX. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with cost management and budgeting for construction projects. The Construction Estimator will also be responsible for conducting quantity take-offs and communicating with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Construction Estimating and Quantity Takeoffs skills
- Cost Management and Budgeting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) are also a plus
