WE ARE LOOKING for a full-time team leader for photography / image editing (m/f/d) in East Hodge.

Here's how you'll contribute:
You will lead a team of 4 photographers.

You will be involved in the entire production process - from coordinating schedules with our reporting teams, scheduling photographers, and coming up with ideas for execution, to organizing photo shoots.

You will advise your colleagues on the best image selection.

You will support your team in developing new ideas and contribute with creative ideas to the design of our daily newspapers, weekend journal, and e-paper.

What you bring to the table:

Ideally, you have completed training as a photographer / photo editor or have experience as a freelancer with a desire to focus on photo editing.

You are a coordination talent with the goal of building a network of freelancers in Schleswig-Holstein and supporting them in their work.

Preferably, you have experience in the daily newspaper and / or magazine industry, as well as press photography. You are creative and proficient in design programs. You have a meticulous work ethic and enjoy working in a team.
