About the Role

Responsibilities

Actively network through industry events, social gatherings, and oneonone meetings to build and nurture longterm relationships with top professionals.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and the qualifications needed for each role.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously enhancing our recruitment efforts with new and creative ideas.
Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Lineage and attract diverse talent, ensuring our presence is impactful and memorable.
Must be a natural networker who enjoys meeting new people, having oneonone coffees, and attending industry events to represent our company effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks and projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
