Currently,
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Database Administrator to join our team in the
Los Angeles, CA area
.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Designing and creating SQL tables, unstructured data systems, and data transmission interfaces for the interconnecting system associated with the prototype's design.
  • Ensuring security measures, managing user access, backups, instance tuning, and implementing security controls to protect the data management system(s).
  • Collaborates closely with software development teams.
  • Works collaborative with other Database Administrators.

Basic Qualifications:


  • 2 Years of relevant job experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field may used to substitute 2 years of additional experience.
  • DoD m IAT Level II Certification must be obtained within 6 months of commencing work on the

Task Order:
CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Vendor tool certifications appropriate to TDL requirements (e.g., Oracle and Mongo).

Clearance Requirements:


  • This role requires an active
    TS/SCI clearance

Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with coworkers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
The projected compensation range for this position is $87,200-$146,400.

There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
