Exciting opportunity to join our Intake Team in Philadelphia, PA We're looking for a dedicated Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Gather and document client information accurately.
- Coordinate with legal staff to ensure seamless client service.
- Maintain confidential client records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a legal setting is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Computer skills: 1 year (required)
