LIFE WORKS is looking for a dynamic person to join our team of support services for persons with developmental disabilities.

A coordinator plays a vital role in the health and success of a team that surrounds a person receiving our support.

The coordinator will acquire the role of supervisor, trainer, implementor, partner, identifier, teacher, listener, creator, encourager and student of both the team members and the persons receiving support services.

We partner with the people we support to provide individualized services to sustain the life that they want to live in their own homes and within their community.


This is a full time position that requires the person to be on-call, open to learn, and a team player.

Our corporate office is in San Diego but our services expand over the entire county.


Job requirements include:

  • Professional experience with persons with developmental disabilities
  • Professional experience supervising team members
  • Experience training team members
  • The ability to be curious about "What more is possible?"
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Autonomous
  • Flexible/Reliable
  • Have a reliable/insured vehicle to use for work
  • Be able to pass a fingerprinting process
  • Have excellent organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Salary is $66,560
