Lead Mobile Equipment Technician

Position:
Full -Time (Non-Exempt Hourly)

Location:
Wyoming, MI

Pay Range :
$68,100 to 83,200 (based on experience level)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Mobile Equipment Technician schedule and manage work per schedules and need. Ability to prioritize work.
Complete tasks in accordance with standardized quality checklists
Servicing Light to Medium Equipment i.e., Fork Trucks, Burden Carriers, Pallet Jacks (manual and electric), electric floor cranes, floor scrubbers, small vacuum trucks.
Continually seek out opportunities to improve onsite activities.
Live "Safety is Your Life" Program. Use proper personal protective equipment as required for the task at hand.
All other duties as assigned by Leadec site management.

Technical/Troubleshooting experience
Knowledge in Electrical both DC and AC wiring
Experience working with Hydraulics/Brakes/Steering Mechanisms
Experience working with Propane engines/Batteries/and tires.

Communication Skills

Able to communicate with team members and management.

Language Ability

Ability to understand written job instructions.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to conduct basic problem solving.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete and/or steel surface for up to 812 hours.
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
You will be required to push, pull 150 pounds occasionally and lift or carry up to thirty pounds often and up to fifty pounds.

Pay:
$68, $83,200.00 per year
