Medical Controlling Department Manager (m/f/d) - Leader Wanted for a Large Team

A leading healthcare network in Germany, known as one of the largest employers in its region, is currently seeking a technically competent and personally convincing leader for the position of Medical Controlling Department Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing a medical controlling department with over 40 employees.
  • Strategic consulting for the management and clinic directors.
  • Conducting training and workshops to ensure coding quality.
  • Analyzing case management results and leading budget negotiations.

Profile:

  • Completed degree in medicine or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in medical controlling and in-depth knowledge of the DRG system.
  • Familiarity with German coding guidelines and the Social Security Code V.
  • A service-oriented personality with strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
