Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors as they arrive.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for real estate agents and clients.
  • Maintain and update client records in our database.
  • Assist with listing and transaction coordination, including document preparation and filing.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas.
  • Phone, packages, must know CRM, must be savvy on Google suite. (MARKETING EXPERIENCE PLUS)

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
