Description

Duties:


  • Ensures daytoday operations and incoming and standing customer requirements are tracked, monitored, and executed efficiently and effectively. Follows up on suspense dates to ensure that required actions and responses are made within deadlines.
  • Conducts research utilizing Center and community data bases, library holdings, and other available sources to gather, consolidate, and provide data reports in various formats to support division mission or assigned intelligence research projects.
  • Provides admin and clerical support to include prioritizing and executing status reports, data calls, timekeeping, meeting/room scheduling, clearance requests, updating office calendars, records and personnel data management, and assigned duties.

  • Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • In accordance with Change 3 to AR 60085, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.

  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG/GS07 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience providing clerical or administrative procedures or operations specific to the collection, production or dissemination of intelligence information in order to perform a wide range of clerical and nonclerical assignments. Intelligence information may cover scientific, or military trends or conditions in foreign or domestic areas that affect the national security.
  • OR
  • Successful completed one and a half years (i.e., 27 semester hours) of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as programs in Intelligence, Security Studies and Analysis; International Affairs; Intelligence Analysis.

  • Specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have some graduate level education as described in B, but less than the required one and a half years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond one year (total semester hours minus 18) by 9. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.).
