- Coordinating and managing the purchasing process
- Researching in material databases
- Tracking and monitoring
- Booking and checking delivery notes and invoices
- Preparing and maintaining work documents
- Creating lists for orders
- Preparatory measures for projects, audits, etc.
- Assisting and covering tasks
_*Your Qualifications:

- Excellent English skills
- Commercial education or experience in wholesale and foreign trade
- Knowledge of invoice and order processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to take responsibility and work independently
