  • Coordinating and managing the purchasing process
  • Researching in material databases
  • Tracking and monitoring
  • Booking and checking delivery notes and invoices
  • Preparing and maintaining work documents
  • Creating lists for orders
  • Preparatory measures for projects, audits, etc.
  • Assisting and covering tasks

_*Your Qualifications:

  • Excellent English skills
  • Commercial education or experience in wholesale and foreign trade
  • Knowledge of invoice and order processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to take responsibility and work independently
