Billing & Energy Analyst

Billing
Hybrid:
~2 days in office a week
Summary:
Create and deliver a high volume of accurate and on-time monthly invoices to our submetering clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of billing activities.
- Resolve/address billing discrepancies/issues for both internal and external customers.
- Analyze monthly utility usage for both buildings and individual units.
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Enjoy working with numbers.
- Affinity for computers and software.
- Strong Excel skills
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- An understanding of electric, gas and / or water utility billing and rates is a plus but will train if needed.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- New Grads are welcome to apply
- Accounting, Math, Billing or similar experience is an asset (Co-Op Experience counts)
Pay:
$52, $55,000.00 per year
