Nurse Practitioner Cardiology - Houston, United States - Heart Care Center of Nw Houston
Description
To provide care and assistance to patients admitted to hospital with cardiac ailments.- To provide cardiac follow up care in the office setting.
- Responsible for diagnosing and formulating plan of treatment for cardiac ailments.
- Requesting laboratory tests and interpreting results
- Should be able to function independently and in collaboration with attending cardiologist.
Requirements:
- Education
- Master degree in Nursing
- Experience
- 2 years NP experience preferred
- ER or ICU RN experience required
- Certificates, Licenses and registrations required
- TX RN License
- Recognized and licensed as and Advance Practice Nurse in the State of Texas
- Certified by ANCC, AANP as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner
- ACLS and BLS
- Prescriptive Authority privileges through the State of Texas
- DEA
Pay:
$77, $100,000.00 per year
