    Our Client

    Our client is a large established casino in the Hollywood, FL areaIdeal Profile

    We are looking for a strong marketing executive with previous casino environment experience.

    Job Description

    Designs, implements, executes and is responsible for overall marketing plan to maximize return on investment.
    Establishes performance and profit objectives for short-term and long-term goals.
    Develops and manages the annual Marketing Budget and Operation Plan.

    Develops, directs and executes short-range and long-range marketing plans, programs and systems to support the strategic direction of the Casino.

    Ensures that the social media messaging is in line with the branding of the casino and updated on a consistent basis.

    Conducts and oversees Marketing Surveys or other Market Research on current and new product concepts including competitor analyses.
    Maintains strong open lines of communication with other department heads to ensure effective marketing projects.

    Is responsible for creating, enhancing and complying with the Casino's Internal Control Policies and Procedures as they relate to Marketing.

    Reviews the performance, productivity and efficiency of the Marketing Staff by conducting periodic evaluations.
    Administers disciplinary actions for marketing staff when necessary.
    All other duties as assigned.
    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
    Master's degree preferred.10+ years related Marketing industry experience, with 5 of those years at director level in a casino.
    Experience in the South Florida Gaming Market is preferred.
    Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
    Must possess strong leadership skills to manage, motivate and develop staff.
    Must have strong customer service abilities.
    Must be able to lead by example and work with the team.
    Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
