Position Summary:
In this hourly position, you will be responsible for preparing meals daily according to menu; assisting Kitchen Manager in daily operations.
Shift: Schedule for this role is Monday thru Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm.

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?
+ Performing preparation duties such as rinsing, peeling, slicing, and dicing fruit and vegetables
+ Weighing and measuring ingredients
+ Wrapping, date-labeling, and storing food items
+ Cleaning and organizing work areas, equipment, utensils, and service station
+ Following established recipes to prepare menu items, support menu planning and development
+ Following guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control
+ Providing customers with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing
+ Escalating customer concerns and complaints to the kitchen manager
+ Assisting customers to pay for products
+ Complying with relevant safety, hygiene, and service standards and procedures
+ Assist with inventory management
Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
+ ServSafe Certified
+ 1-3 years working in a restaurant/commercial kitchen
+ Knowledge of food management principles and techniques
