The Municipal Association for Youth and Social Services in Baden-Württemberg is a public corporation.
It provides services and acts as a competence center in the areas of youth welfare, disability and care,
integration of severely disabled individuals into the workforce, and offers training opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

Processing of a specific area of supportive assistance in employment according to the Social Code Book IX, including but not limited to:

• Processing of employer applications for additional wage subsidies within the "Work Inclusive" labor market program
• Processing of employee applications, such as applications for motor vehicle and housing assistance, as well as other supportive assistance for severely disabled individuals in the workforce

The independent processing includes, among other things, reviewing applications for jurisdiction and completeness of application documents, examining general and specific eligibility requirements, collaborating with internal and external specialist services and integration assistance providers, making decisions on requested benefits, disbursing approved benefits, and reviewing usage reports.
