RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
- Lead client correspondence
- Coordinate shipping and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Writing sales orders
- General administrative duties
- Merchandising items around seasons, events, daily looks
- Be timely and provide clear, honest, and respectful communication with all customers and team members at all times
- Support and reinforce a positive showroom culture and embody company values
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Customerservice oriented
- Advanced organizational and communication skills
- Independent and entrepreneurial with creative, criticalthinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Salesforce/Shopify experience a plus

COMPENSATION
A Sales Assistant is paid an hourly rate and has the added potential to earn a monthly bonus when the showroom achieves its monthly sales goal.
