Murphy, MO 'Birner Kunststofftechnik GmbH has been a leader in the production of technical injection molds and series products of complex plastic components for industrial large-scale customers for over 50 years.

With over 100 modern injection molding machines ranging from 15 t t at 2 locations in Germany (Thuringia and Upper Palatinate), we are able to meet the needs of our customers.

We are currently seeking a
Quality Management Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Schmölln, Thuringia.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and leading the quality team both professionally and disciplinarily
  • Taking the lead in continuously improving our quality processes
  • Maintaining customer relationships in the quality department
  • Ensuring our excellent quality performance and customer satisfaction
  • Conducting, analyzing, and implementing internal and external audits
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is required for this position
  • Organizing flexible working hours for yourself and your team to maintain a healthy worklife balance.

Your profile:

  • You have a technical or business education and experience in quality management systems with additional training in automotive standard IATF 1694
  • The respectful and professional treatment of employees and customers is important to you

  • You are skilled in utilizing and implementing these systems
