We are currently seeking a full-time
Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at Strathmoor Village, KY


Your responsibilities:


  • You will coordinate and organize a smooth service process
  • You will assist and advise our guests in selecting food and drinks
  • Ensuring a flawless mise en place for a smooth service process
  • Training and supervising service staff
  • Creating schedules and managing vacation requests
  • Responsible for the cash register and billing system
  • Purchasing and ordering supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
  • Regularly reviewing and adjusting the food and drink menu
  • Administrative tasks

Your profile:


  • You have completed training in the restaurant or hotel industry and have experience in upscale hospitality in this or a similar position
  • You are a rock in the storm even under the most stressful situations, you keep a cool head
  • It is your passion to make people happy
  • You enjoy your work and have a heart for the hospitality industry
  • You value teamwork, as we are stronger together
  • You are driven and always looking to make a difference
  • You have an eye for detail and pay attention to the little things
  • You take pride in your appearance and always present yourself professionally
  • You are able to engage in small talk in English
